Paget disease.Three cases of mammary Paget disease.
最近10年間に当科で経験した乳房Paget病の3例を報告した。症例1は34歳女性, 右乳頭とその周辺の硬く腫脹した紅色局面。症例2は69歳女性, 点状の鱗屑を付する右乳頭の腫脹。症例3は64歳女性, 左乳頭と周辺乳輪に厚い痂皮を付する紅色局面。組織学的に症例1, 2は面皰癌の所見が認められたが, 症例3は異型な乳管を認めるのみであった。症例2は臨床的に湿疹様の軽微な変化しか呈しておらず早期の生検の必要性を認識した。
