ACSL4‐Dependent Lysosomal Lipid Peroxidation Links WTAP‐Mediated m6A Modification to Intervertebral Disc Degeneration

IL‐1β upregulates the protein level of WTAP, which promotes the m6A modification of ACSL4 mRNA in an IGF2BP2‐dependent manner, thereby enhancing its stability. The increased ACSL4 drives lipid peroxidation, leading to lysosomal membrane permeabilization (LMP) and impaired mitophagy, which collectively accelerate intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD).

Osseoperceptive EMG Feedback Improves Grasp Force Control in Myoelectric Prosthetic Hands

A Cable‐Driven Parallel Wire Robot for Probe Positioning and Tissue Palpation on Curved Phantoms

A wearable cable‐driven parallel robot is introduced for autonomous ultrasound probe positioning and soft tissue palpation on curved surfaces. Adipose‐derived mesenchymal stem cell injection into the KI10 acupoint mitigates cartilage damage in KOA rats through PGE2‐mediated α7nAChR/NF‐κB pathway

Evaluation of therapeutic effects of D‐limonene following orchiopexy in the rat model of cryptorchidism

D‐limonene supplementation enhances testicular recovery following orchiopexy in a rat model of bilateral cryptorchidism. Treatment with D‐limonene reduces oxidative stress (↓MDA, ↑SOD, ↑GPx, ↑TAC), downregulates pro‐apoptotic proteins (↓TNF‐α, ↓BAX, ↓Caspase‐3), and upregulates anti‐apoptotic Bcl‐2 expression.
