ABSTRACT Introduction Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is the most common primary site of pancreatic metastases, and complete resection confers a favorable prognosis. Lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab (LEN + PEM) is standard first‐line therapy for advanced RCC; however, induction therapy before resection of pancreatic metastasis has not been reported.

A molecular‐fortifying agent strategy based on in situ self‐assembly is developed to prolong tumor retention of radioligands. After tumor‐targeting, FAP‐α cleavage triggers nanofiber formation, presenting azide anchors for bioorthogonal capture of pre‐accumulated radioligands.

ABSTRACT Background Merkel Cell Carcinoma (MCC) is a rare, aggressive neuroendocrine and epithelial skin cancer. Somatostatin analogues, such as lanreotide, have shown efficacy in managing other neuroendocrine tumors. Retrospective studies suggest that lanreotide may induce partial response or disease stabilization in patients with advanced MCC.
