1) 北海道農業試験場果樹園で5本の紅丸を選び,各木をそれぞれ無散布,機械油,DDT, BHC,パラチオン区とし,これら薬剤のリンゴハダニの発生消長に及ぼす影響を調査した。2) 使用薬剤はマシンゾール80% 20倍,BHC水和剤15% 150倍,DDT水和剤20% 600倍,パラチオン乳剤3000倍である。マシンゾールは4月12日,他の薬剤は6月20日に散布したが,各薬剤の散布回数はすべて1回である。3) DDT区では6月下旬から8月上旬にかけて著しいハダニの増殖が観察され,無処理区の発生がこれに次いだ。他の3区の発生量は6∼7月はむしろ少なく,かえって8月中・下旬に顕著な増加を示し,また次年度の寄生源たる越冬卵数もこれらの区に多かった。4) コクロヒメテントウその他の天敵をもあわせて調査したが ...
