2012Panstrongylus rufotuberculatus (Champion) (Fig. 7) Lamus rufotuberculatus Champion 1899, p. 210, pl. 12, figs. 27, 27a. Type locality: Panama, Bugaba. Diagnosis. Adults body length 25–30mm. Body ground color dark brown to black with numerous reddish to yellow markings at various sites.

Panstrongylus lignarius (Walker, 1873) Distribution. Acre, Amapá, Amazonas, Goiás, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Pará, Rondônia and Tocantins. Public health importance. This species can be found in sylvatic, peridomestic and domestic environments, sometimes showing high infestation rates (Cuba Cuba et al. 2007, Paula et al. 2013). Remarks.
