HIF2A as a prognostic and clinical therapeutic target in ovarian clear cell carcinoma
International Journal of Cancer, EarlyView.What's New? Ovarian clear cell carcinoma is highly associated with hypoxia. Hypoxia‐inducible factor 2A (HIF2A) is a key regulator of hypoxic responses, but its role in ovarian clear cell carcinoma remains unclear. This study demonstrated the unfavorable prognostic significance of HIF2A expression in ovarian clear cell carcinoma.

iLABMED, EarlyView.We identified FOXA2 as a key regulator of lymph node metastasis in thyroid cancer, which controls cancer cell aggressiveness.
