Effect of Host Anisotropy on Phosphorescent Emitter Orientation and Light Outcoupling in OLEDs
Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.The orientation of the emissive transition dipole moment of a cage‐type Iridium complex can be tuned by the anisotropic alignment of the cohost material, which is expressed as the S$S$ parameter of the film. Thus, the external quantum efficiency of OLEDs can be further enhanced to reach values above 30%.

Boletim de Indústria Animal, 2013 Dados de três rebanhos experimentais de bovinos Nelore foram analisados para estimar parâmetros genéticos de três características de fertilidade de matrizes: dias ao parto (DIAP), data do parto (DATAP) e sucesso ao parto (SP). Os 7.951 registros de 1.575 vacas foram obtidos de 1978 a 2000 e até 12 registros estavam disponíveis por animal.

Harnessing Carbenoid Reactivity From Imidazoles and Oxiranes
Advanced Synthesis &Catalysis, EarlyView.The combination of azole compounds and oxiranes exhibits carbenoid reactivity at elevated temperatures, as demonstrated by the successful benzoin condensation of aromatic aldehydes. Using this catalytic system to polymerize bifunctional aldehyde/oxirane monomers yields thermosets with glass transition temperatures above 100°C.
