Paramacular Acute Middle Maculopathy Associated with Glyceryl Trinitrate
An unusual case of nitroglycerin‐induced Paracentral Acute Middle Maculopathy (PAMM) is presented. A 50‐year‐old patient with sudden vision loss and scotoma was followed up with swept‐source optical coherence tomography (SS‐OCT), optical coherence tomography‐angiography (OCT‐A), and fluorescein angiography (FA).

Visual improvement in a patient with paracentral acute middle maculopathy treated with prostaglandin E1 [PDF]
The authors present the use of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) for the treatment of an acute paracentral acute middle maculopathy (PAMM). A 78-year-old white female was seen with a sudden loss of vision in her left eye (OS) to 20/200 noted upon awakening.

Paracentral Acute Middle Maculopathy with Patent Foramen Ovale [PDF]
Purpose: To report a case of paracentral acute middle maculopathy (PAMM) in an otherwise healthy adult with a patent foramen ovale (PFO). Case summary: A 38-year-old male with no significant medical history presented with acute onset vision loss (20/60 ...

Paracentral acute middle maculopathy after uneventful ocular surgery with local anaesthetic blocks [PDF]
OBJECTIVE: To describe the role of local anaesthetic blocks as a potential cause of paracentral acute middle maculopathy (PAMM) after uneventful ocular surgery. METHODS: Retrospective, observational, international, multicentre case series.
