I would like to compliment the authors on a very impresive study. Multicenter randomized trials with blinded asessors, a thorough assessment of signs and symptoms, and oth shortand long-term follow-up are rarely seen, but are very necessary to study the efficacy of strongly skilldependent therapies like this intervention.
