Tumor‐Resident Mast Cells Facilitated Breast Cancer Progression via Activating Type I Interferon Pathway

Breast cancer cell‐derived stem cell factor (SCF) activates c‐KIT‐mediated MAPK/ERK signaling in mast cells, inducing IFNB1 production.
