Optimal sequential parameter estimation

We develop optimal centralized sequential estimators under different formulations of the problem. Decentralized sequential estimation is also considered for wireless sensor networks. We propose an asymptotically optimal decentralized scheme based on level-triggered sampling, a non-uniform sampling technique.
