Exploring color-octet scalar parameter space in minimal R-symmetric models
In this work we study the collider phenomenology of color-octet scalars (sgluons) in minimal supersymmetric models endowed with a global continuous R symmetry.

SAM-PARSER: Fine-tuning SAM Efficiently by Parameter Space Reconstruction [PDF]
Segment Anything Model (SAM) has received remarkable attention as it offers a powerful and versatile solution for object segmentation in images. However, fine-tuning SAM for downstream segmentation tasks under different scenarios remains a challenge, as the varied characteristics of different scenarios naturally requires diverse model parameter spaces.

This article advocates integrating temporal dynamics into cancer research. Rather than relying on static snapshots, researchers should increasingly consider adopting dynamic methods—such as live imaging, temporal omics, and liquid biopsies—to track how tumors evolve over time.

A Framework for Assessing Ocean Mixed Layer Depth Evolution
The ocean surface mixed layer plays a crucial role as an entry or exit point for heat, salt, momentum, and nutrients from the surface to the deep ocean.

A Kernel for Hierarchical Parameter Spaces [PDF]
We define a family of kernels for mixed continuous/discrete hierarchical parameter spaces and show that they are positive definite.

Yukawa Unified Supersymmetric SO(10) Model: Cosmology, Rare Decays and Collider Searches
It has recently been pointed out that viable sparticle mass spectra can be generated in Yukawa unified SO(10) supersymmetric grand unified models consistent with radiative breaking of electroweak symmetry. Model solutions are obtained only if $\tan\beta \

This study used longitudinal transcriptomics and gene‐pattern classification to uncover patient‐specific mechanisms of chemotherapy resistance in breast cancer. Findings reveal preexisting drug‐tolerant states in primary tumors and diverse gene rewiring patterns across patients, converging on a few dysregulated functional modules. Despite receiving the

Cubic polynomials: a measurable view on parameter space [PDF]
We study the fine geometric structure of bifurcation currents in the parameter space of cubic polynomials viewed as dynamical systems. In particular we prove that these currents have some laminar structure in a large region of parameter space, reflecting the possibility of quasiconformal deformations.

Understanding and measuring mechanical signals in the tumor stroma
This review discusses cancer‐associated fibroblast subtypes and their functions, particularly in relation to extracellular matrix production, as well as the development of 3D models to study tumor stroma mechanics in vitro. Several quantitative techniques to measure tissue mechanical properties are also described, to emphasize the diagnostic and ...

Parameter and State Estimator for State Space Models
This paper proposes a parameter and state estimator for canonical state space systems from measured input-output data. The key is to solve the system state from the state equation and to substitute it into the output equation, eliminating the state ...
