Optimal dosing for vascular anomalies paediatric patients with population pharmacokinetic model of sirolimus

Abstract Aim Sirolimus is currently used off‐label for paediatric patients with vascular anomalies. However, the optimal dosage regimen for paediatric patients remains controversial. This study aimed to determine the optimal dosing regimen of sirolimus in these patients using a population pharmacokinetic (PK) model.

Machine Learning Models of Phase Contrast Images Predict Efficiency of Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Differentiation to Cardiomyocytes

Human pluripotent stem cells were differentiated to cTnT+ cardiomyocytes and imaged throughout the process using phase contrast. We predicted differentiation efficiency (cTnT+ area) from phase contrast and compared model performance with a live‐cell cTnT‐GFP reporter.

Adaptive Genomic Divergence Across Altitudes in Capsella bursa‐pastoris

Biological Diversity, EarlyView.
Genomic divergence was observed between high‐altitude and low‐altitude populations of Capsella bursa‐pastoris in China, consistent with an important role of ecological factors. Candidate adaptive loci associated with enhanced energy metabolism, photoprotection, and growth plasticity under altitudinal stress were identified.
