grofit: Fitting Biological Growth Curves with R
The grofit package was developed to fit many growth curves obtained under different conditions in order to derive a conclusive dose-response curve, for instance for a compound that potentially affects growth.

Nonlinearities in Phillips curve: A semi-parametric approach
How inflation relates to economic activity is one of the most important concern of macroeconomists. Usually the trade-off between inflation and output is assumed to be linear. But is that correct? If not, what is the correct non-linear relation?

Transversal Intersection Curves of Two Surfaces in Minkowski 3-Space
In this paper, we study the differential geometry of the transversal intersection curve of two surfaces in Minkowski 3-space, where each pair satisfies the following types spacelike-lightlike, timelike-lightlike and lightlike-lightlike.

Parametric curves with Pythagorean binormal
The authors present a new class of rational spatial curves with rational binormal. They call this new class PB curves. Also, the construction of this kind of curves (PB curves) is presented based upon the dual curve representation and the Euler-Rodrigues frame obtained from quaternion polynomials.

Modeling the Yield Curve of BRICS Countries: Parametric vs. Machine Learning Techniques
We compare parametric and machine learning techniques (namely: Neural Networks) for in–sample modeling of the yield curve of the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa).

Generating Algorithm for High Order Curve Based on ACO
A generating algorithm for parametric curve based on ant colony optimization is proposed in this paper. In order to produce the maximum step efficiently, the ant colony optimization is used to search the optimal step of curve in forward.

Generalization of general helices and slant helices [PDF]
In this work, we use the formal definition of $k$-slant helix cite{ali2} to obtain the intrinsic equations as well as the position vector for emph{slant-slant helices} which a generalization of emph{general helices} and emph{slant helices}.
