Bu Yüksek Lisans Tezinin amacı, tavşan karaciğer dokusuna akut parasetamol uygulamasının etkilerini incelemektir. Bu amaçla hayvanlar iki deneysel gruba ayrıldılar: (1) Kontrol grubu (K), (2) akut parasetamol uygulama grubu (A). Birinci gruba intraperitonal yolla serum fizyolojik enjekte edildi (n=6).
