Triquinose: do parasita ao ecossistema
2011A triquinose é uma zoonose parasitária, cujo agente causal, um nemátode, pertence ao género Trichinella. Foram já identificadas e caracterizadas várias espécies pertencentes a este género, como T. spiralis, T. nativa, T. britovi, T. nelsoni, T. murreli, T. pseudospiralis, T. papuae e T. zimbabwensis bem como alguns genótipos, T6, T8, T9, e T12.
