Antiprotozoal Activity of Highly Substituted Pyrazole and Pyrimidine Derivatives

Based on previously identified antimalarial agents, a series of highly substituted pyrazole and pyrimidines derivatives has been synthesized and tested for antiplasmodial and antileishmanial activity.
