Dietary Habits and Atopic Dermatitis Significantly Influence the Fecal Microbiome

Atopic dermatitis, dietary habits, sex, and BMI significantly influenced the fecal microbiome composition. On the species level, Faecalibacterium taiwanense was more abundant in atopic dermatitis, and Vescimonas sp000435555 was more abundant in the control population. On the genus level, CAG‐302 (NCBI: Clostridium) was more abundant in controls.
