Introduction: Autologous bone is considered to be the “gold standard” for the reconstruction of the reabsorbed alveolar ridges. For small defects, autologous bone samples can be harvested from intraoral donor sites. However, extraoral donor sites are the

Parietal bone mobility in the anesthetized cat [PDF]
To quantify parietal bone motion in reference to the medial sagittal suture, a newly developed instrument was attached to the surgically exposed skull of anesthetized adult cats. The instrument differentiated between lateral and rotational parietal bone movements around the fulcrum of the suture. Bone movement was produced by external forces applied to

Our study reveals the protective role of GPR124 in maintaining BBB integrity and promoting neurological recovery following TBI. It makes a significant contribution by uncovering a novel molecular interaction between GPR124 and FGFBP1 and linking this to activation of the Wnt/β‐catenin signaling pathway in vascular repair mechanisms.
