Symmetry‐Guided Multifunctional Acoustic System Based on Mechanically Actuated Sonic Crystals
This study presents the design, simulation, and experimental validation of amultifunctional acoustic metamaterial based on rotationally engineered sonic crystals.By tuning cylinder orientations, controllable band gaps and six distinct functionalities—including switching, topological insulation, beam splitting, and logic operations—areachieved ...

Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) decreases quality of life for many women, but its pathophysiology is poorly understood. We have previously shown that Lysyl oxidase‐like 1 knockout (Loxl1 KO) mice reliably prolapse with age and increased parity, similar to ...

Changes in the lactoferrin concentration in the bovine colostrum during postpartum period
The health condition of the mammary gland is highly crucial for obtaining good quality colostrum. The lactoferrin (LF), as an iron-binding protein, plays a key role in the defense mechanisms of the mammary gland due to its’ bacteriostatic properties. The

Parity and lactation induce T-cell-mediated breast cancer protection
Parity and breastfeeding reduce the risk of breast cancer, particularly triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC)1,2, yet the immunological mechanisms underlying this protection remain unclear. Here we show that parity is associated with increased numbers of CD8+ T cells, including cells with a tissue-resident-memory-like phenotype within human normal ...

Ferroelectricity in Antiferromagnetic Wurtzite Nitrides
We establish MnSiN2${\rm MnSiN}_2$ and MnGeN2${\rm MnGeN}_2$ as aristotypes of a new multiferroic wurtzite family that simultaneously exhibits ferroelectricity and antiferromagnetism with altermagnetic spin splitting. By strategically substituting alkaline‐earth metals, we predict new materials with coexisting switchable polarization, spin texture, and

Memristive‐Gated RC‐Delay Synaptic Transistors for Time‐Encoded Analog in‐Memory Computing
A Memristive‐Gated Transistor for Time‐Encoded Analog In‐Memory Computing — By exploiting the RC delay of a self‐rectifying interface‐type memristor, nonlinear I–V distortion is structurally bypassed, enabling 3‐bit nonvolatile memory, spike‐timing‐based analog encoding, and hardware‐calibrated reservoir‐computing validation within a unified device ...

Leaftronics: Bio‐Fractal Scaffolds From Leaf Venation for Low‐Waste Electronics
“Leaftronics” transforms naturally evolved leaf venation into quasi‐fractal scaffolds for sustainable electronics. Polymer‐infiltrated leaf skeletons can be used to fabricate ultra‐smooth, reflow‐ and thin‐film‐compatible decomposable substrates, while making the same lignocellulose networks conducting results in flexible transparent electrodes.
