Absolutely stable difference scheme for the delay partial differential equation with involution and Robin boundary condition

open access: yesҚарағанды университетінің хабаршысы. Математика сериясы
This paper examines the initial value problem for a third-order delay partial differential equation with involution and Robin boundary condition. We construct a first-order accurate difference scheme to obtain the numerical solution for this equation ...

Numerický model oceňování evropské kupní opce [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
In this paper a mathematical model of European call options prizing is presented. This model is based on reduced Black-Scholes partial differential equation, discretized employing the finite difference method. The results of this model and of the exact

Colorectal cancer‐derived FGF19 is a metabolically active serum biomarker that exerts enteroendocrine effects on mouse liver

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...

Spatial discretization of partial differential equations with integrals

open access: yes, 1998
We consider the problem of constructing spatial finite difference approximations on a fixed, arbitrary grid, which have analogues of any number of integrals of the partial differential equation and of some of its symmetries.

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

Numerical method for solving multipoints elliptic-parabolic equation for dehydration process [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Drying is the oldest and efficient form of preserving fruits. This research focuses on the mathematical modeling of tropical fruits dehydration using instant controlled pressure drop (Détente Instantanée Controlée or known as DIC) technique.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

On the Fermat-type partial differential-difference equations on $\mathbb{C}^n$

open access: yes
Assume that $n$ is a positive integer, $p_{j}$ ($j=1,2, \cdots, 6)$ are polynomials, $p$ is an irreducible polynomial, and $f$ is an entire function on $\mathbb{C}^{n}.$ Let $ L(f)=\sum_{j=1}^s q_{t_j}f_{z_{t_j}}$ and $\overline{f}(z)=f(z_{1}+c_{1}, \ldots, z_{n}+c_{n})$, where $q_{t_j}$ ($j=1,2, \cdots, s\le n$) are non-zero polynomials on $\mathbb{C}^
