Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Bounder solution on a strip to a system of nonlinear hyperbolic equations with mixed derivatives
The system of nonlinear hyperbolic equations with mixed derivatives is considered on the strip. Time variable of the unknown function changes on the whole axis, and the spatial variable belongs to a finite interval.

Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Ascidian Ciona larvae initially show strong clockwise tail twisting, which is largely corrected during development. However, a small residual twist remains. This study shows that organized helical myofibrils in tail muscles mechanically stabilize this residual asymmetry, preventing complete restoration of bilateral symmetry and revealing how embryos ...

Reduction of Linear Functional Systems using Fuhrmann's Equivalence
Functional systems arise in the treatment of systems of partial differential equations, delay-differential equations, multidimensional equations, etc. The problem of reducing a linear functional system to a system containing fewer equations and unknowns ...

An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...

Evolution equations with causal operators
In this paper we present an existence result for causal functional evolution equations. The result is obtained under a condition with respect to the Hausdorff measure of noncompactness.

The shifted Chebyshev polynomials of the fifth kind (SCPFK) and the collocation method are employed to achieve approximate solutions of a category of the functional equations, namely variable-order time-fractional weakly singular partial integro ...

Stability of functional partial differential equations
The authors consider the asymptotic stability of the class of linear functional partial differential equations of the form \[ \frac{dx}{dt}=Ax(t)+ax(t)+\sum^{m}_{i=1}b_ i\int^{\infty}_{0}x(t-s)d\mu_ i(s). \] Necessary and sufficient conditions are given for the roots of the associated characteristic equation to have negative real parts for all measures
