On Fixed-Point Results in Controlled Partial Metric Type Spaces with a Graph
Recently, Mlaiki et al. introduced the notion of a controlled metric type space which is a generalization of the b-metric space. In this work, we define the controlled partial metric type space and give some fixed-point theorems for extensions of Kannan ...

The following two abstract and a little artificial notions are studied: (i) partial metric spaces; (ii) \(0\)-complete metric spaces. Then some formal generalizations of the Banach contraction theorem for mappings in such spaces are obtained. Moreover, a coincidence result is proved.

Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Reaction Networks and the Metric Structure of Chemical Space(s)
In this paper, we develop a formal definition of chemical space as a discrete metric space of molecules and analyze its properties. To this end, we utilize the shortest path metric on reaction networks to define a distance function between molecules of ...

Some New Results in Partial Cone $b$-Metric Space
In this paper, we introduce the concepts of the Ulam-Hyers-Rassias stability and the limit shadowing property of a fixed point problem and the $P$-property of a mapping in partial cone $b$-metric space.

Extended Partial Sb-Metric Spaces [PDF]
In this paper, we introduce the concept of extended partial S b -metric spaces, which is a generalization of the extended S b -metric spaces. Basically, in the triangle inequality, we add a control function with some very interesting properties. These new metric spaces generalize many results in the literature.

Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...

ROUGH STATISTICAL CONVERGENCE OF SEQUENCES IN A PARTIAL METRIC SPACE [PDF]
In this paper, using the concept of natural density, we have introduced the notion of rough statistical convergence which is an extension of the notion of rough convergence in a partial metric space.

Partial b_{v}(s) and b_{v}({\theta}) metric spaces and related fixed point theorems [PDF]
In this paper, we introduced two new generalized metric spaces called partial b_{v}(s) and b_{v}({\theta}) metric spaces which extend b_{v}(s) metric space, b-metric space, rectangular metric space, v-generalized metric space, partial metric space ...
