Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Partial order reasoning for a nonmonotonic theory of action [PDF]
This paper gives a new, proof-theoretic explanation of partial-order reasoning about time in a nonmonotonic theory of action. The explanation relies on the technique of lifting ground proof systems to compute results using variables and unification.

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Partial Order Reduction for Reachability Games [PDF]
Partial order reductions have been successfully applied to model checking of concurrent systems and practical applications of the technique show nontrivial reduction in the size of the explored state space.

Cytosolically synthesized chloroplast preproteins are translocated across the outer and inner envelope membranes through translocons called TOC and TIC, respectively. In green algae and plants, the TIC core is composed of essential membrane proteins, Tic12, Tic20, and Tic214.

This study explores the feasibility of expressing the antitumoral protein Amblyomin‐X through a suicide gene therapy approach and investigates its intracellular fate after gene delivery. Although the gene is efficiently expressed, melanoma cells rapidly degrade the Amblyomin‐X protein via proteasome activity.

Generalization from partial parametrization in higher-order type theory [PDF]
The problem of generalizing a program by extending a given partial parametrization to a complete one is described in the framework of higher-order type theory.

Image enhancement new model based on rational-order Partial Differential
In order to sharpen the image edge features while enhancing texture detail, the image enhancement model based on space rational-order derivative was constructed by the effective combination of integer-order theory and fractional-order calculus theory to ...

THE REFINED THEORY OF ELASTIC PLATES AS ASYMPTOTIC APPROACH OF 3D PROBLEM
The refined theory of elastic thin and thick plates is constructed by the asymptotic method for reducing three-dimensional (3D) equations of linear elasticity to two-dimensional ones without the use of any assumptions.

Stochastic applications of media theory: Random walks on weak orders or partial orders
The paper presents the axioms of a real time random walk on the set of states of a medium and some of their consequences, such as the asymptotic probabilities of the states. The mathematical level is rather elementary, yet the psychological consequences might be of some interest.
