Axiomatic characterization of the interval function of partial cubes and partial Hamming graphs

open access: yesAKCE International Journal of Graphs and Combinatorics
Interval function of a graph is a well-known notion in metric graph theory and the axiomatic characterization using a set of first order axioms of different graph classes is an interesting problem in this area.

Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Order Structure and Topological Methods in Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations: Vol 1: Maximum Principles and Applications [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
This is volume one of a two volume series. The intention is to provide a reference book for researchers in nonlinear partial differential equations and nonlinear functional analysis, especially for postgraduate students who want to be led to some of the ...

Semi-abelian Z-theory: NLSM+ϕ 3 from the open string

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2017
We continue our investigation of Z-theory, the second double-copy component of open-string tree-level interactions besides super-Yang-Mills (sYM). We show that the amplitudes of the extended non-linear sigma model (NLSM) recently considered by Cachazo ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

LMI based Stability and Stabilization of Second-order Linear Repetitive Processes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
This paper develops new results on the stability and control of a class of linear repetitive processes described by a second-order matrix discrete or differential equation.

ON CAUCHY PROBLEM FOR FIRST-ORDER PARTIAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION AND ITS APPLICATIONS IN INVERSION THEORY

open access: yesВестник Донского государственного технического университета, 2018
The inverse coefficient problem for the second-order operator in the simply connected domain with the piecewise-smooth boundary arising in the theory of the deformable system vibrations is investigated.

Structural Properties of Soft Biposets With Generalizations of Submaximal and Door Posets

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics
Soft biposet presented in this work is a new generalization of the notion of poset to soft set theory. This generalization not only equips the universal set with a partial order but also introduces another partial order on the set of parameters. Moreover,

On theoretical analysis of nonlinear fractional order partial Benney equations under nonsingular kernel

open access: yesOpen Physics, 2022
In the present article, the first step is devoted to develop some results about existence and uniqueness of solution to a general problem of fractional order partial differential equations (FPDEs) via classical fixed point theory.

DNA methylation and expression of MAPRE3 affect overall survival of early‐stage non‐small cell lung cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Both cg12821679MAPRE3 methylation and MAPRE3 expression are significantly associated with overall survival (OS) of non‐small cell lung cancer. Meanwhile, MAPRE3 expression significantly modified the effect of smoking cessation on OS. Smoking cessation benefits OS merely for patients with high MAPRE3 expression.
