Generalized Localization and Summability Almost Everywhere of Multiple Fourier Series and Integrals
It is well known that Luzin’s conjecture has a positive solution for one-dimensional trigonometric Fourier series, but in the multidimensional case it has not yet found its confirmation for spherical partial sums of multiple Fourier series. Historically,

On the Sum of Reciprocal of Polynomial Applied to Higher Order Recurrences
Recently a lot of papers have been devoted to partial infinite reciprocal sums of a higher-order linear recursive sequence. In this paper, we continue this program by finding a sequence which is asymptotically equivalent to partial infinite sums ...

From Oscillatory Integrals and Sublevel Sets to Polynomial Congruences and Character Sums [PDF]
We present a slight extension of a classical lemma of Hensel and give various applications to polynomial congruences and character sums; in particular, we give a new proof of a classical result of Hua on complete exponential sums.

ON PARTIAL SUMS OF GENERALIZED DEDEKIND SUMS
The main purpose of this paper is to use the mean value theorems of Dirichlet $L$-function to study the distribution properties of the generalized Dedekind sums, and gives two interesting asymptotic formulas.

Approximation of classes of Poisson integrals by Fejer means
The paper is devoted to the investigation of problem of approximation of continuous periodic functions by trigonometric polynomials, which are generated by linear methods of summation of Fourier series.

Partially Ordinal Sums and $P$-partitions [PDF]
We present a method of computing the generating function $f_P(\textbf{x})$ of $P$-partitions of a poset $P$. The idea is to introduce two kinds of transformations on posets and compute $f_P(\textbf{x})$ by recursively applying these transformations. As an application, we consider the partially ordinal sum $P_n$ of $n$ copies of a given poset, which ...

Zeros of partial sums of L-functions [PDF]
We consider a certain class of multiplicative functions $f: \mathbb N \rightarrow \mathbb C$. Let $F(s)= \sum_{n=1}^\infty f(n)n^{-s}$ be the associated Dirichlet series and $F_N(s)= \sum_{n\le N} f(n)n^{-s}$ be the truncated Dirichlet series. In this setting, we obtain new Halász-type results for the logarithmic mean value of $f$.

Almost sure central limit theorem for products of sums of partial sums
Considering a sequence of i.i.d. positive random variables, for products of sums of partial sums we establish an almost sure central limit theorem, which holds for some class of unbounded measurable functions.
