Partially Accommodative Esotropia with Unilateral Amblyopia.

部分調節性内斜視は,生来内斜視があり,これに後で調節性の要素が加わったとする考え方と,調節性内斜視が先に発症し,これに非調節性の部分が後天的に発生したとする考え方があるが,本態は明らかでない.そこで,この間の事情を明確にするために部分調節性内斜視で片眼弱視の44名に,交代性上斜位の有無,両眼視機能,弱視眼の固視持続能力についてそれぞれの検査を行った.その結果,交代性上斜位とそれに関係する固視持続能力不良の弱視が認められるものが過半数の30名(68.2%),正常対応の内斜視で固視持続能力良好な弱視を伴うもの6名(13.6%),いずれにも属さず視力低下の原因が様々な要因であったもの8名(18.2%)であった.部分調節内斜視は,生来斜視があり,これに調節性の要素が合併した群 ...
