Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
Aging and Cancer, EarlyView.NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

Sizing Particles with a Coulter Counter
Biophysical Journal, 1970 A theorem is presented which permits a determination of the amplitude of the signal generated by the passage of a particle of arbitrary shape through a Coulter counter. The theorem is applied to particles of two shapes, a sphere and a prolate spheroid. For the sphere the signal is directly proportional to the volume of the particle.
