Abstract The food enzyme endo‐polygalacturonase (1,4‐α‐d‐galacturonan glycanohydrolase; EC 3.2.1.15) is produced with the non‐genetically modified Aspergillus tubingensis strain SPG 10‐1199 by Shin Nihon Chemical Co., Ltd. The food enzyme was considered free from viable cells of the production organism.

Abstract Aggregate stability impacts important soil functions, including carbon/water storage and soil structure. First Italian record of Paspalum notatum Flüggé (Poaceae) and its typification
Abstract In the present work the presence of Paspalum notatum Flüggé (Poaceae) in Italy was reported for the first time. It is a neophyte native to America, known for applications in phytoremediation. Its typification, ecology and invasiveness status are also presented.
