Passiflora incarnata is a perennial climber of the family passion flower (Passifloraceae). There are more than 400 species of the genus Passiflora. Passiflora incarnata is originally from South America, specifically in Peru. Passiflora incarnata growing in an open area of warmer climates but can be grown indoors in colder climate.
