Dietary Exposure to Mercury and Arsenic From Traditional Qatari Foods: Implications for Food Safety and Public Health

In the Qatari cuisine, seafood showed significantly elevated mercury concentrations, whereas arsenic was more evenly distributed across the different foods. Effects of Non‐Soy Legumes on Body Weight and Body Composition: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials

Consumption of non‐soy legumes significantly reduces body weight (−0.98 kg), waist circumference (−1.61 cm), and fat mass (−2.00 kg) in adults, according to a meta‐analysis of 36 randomized controlled trials. No significant effect was observed on BMI.
