GRASP with Path-Relinking for the Maximum Contact Map Overlap Problem
2014This paper proposes a hybrid Greedy Randomized Adaptive Search Procedure with path-relinking for the maximum contact map overlap problem, an NP-hard combinatorial optimization problem that arises in computational biology. The tooth profile of the internal meshing gear is actively designed based on elliptical meshing line (EML). Firstly, the elliptic meshing line is established according to the principle of differential geometry.
