Asymptotic Optimality of a Time Optimal Path Parametrization Algorithm

open access: yes, 2019
Time Optimal Path Parametrization is the problem of minimizing the time interval during which an actuation constrained agent can traverse a given path. Recently, an efficient linear-time algorithm for solving this problem was proposed.

Analysing the significance of small conformational changes and low occupancy states in serial crystallographic data

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

A Primitive Comparison for Traffic-Free Path Planning

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2018
Motion planning in on-road urban driving is usually stated as an optimization problem in a multi-dimensional space that presents a high complexity in obtaining a global optimal solution. In that sense, a great amount of different approaches to solve this
