An observation‐driven state‐space model for claims size modelling
Abstract State‐space models are popular in econometrics. Recently, these models have gained some popularity in the actuarial literature. The best known state‐space models are of the Kalman‐filter type. These are called parameter‐driven because the observations do not impact the state‐space dynamics.

On the sensitivity of patient‐specific IMRT QA to MLC positioning errors
Accurate multileaf collimator (MLC) leaf positioning plays an essential role in the effective implementation of intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT). This work evaluates the sensitivity of current patient‐specific IMRT quality assurance (QA) procedures to minor MLC leaf positioning errors.

Case report: Clinical workflow considerations for treating soft-tissue sarcoma on a 1.5-T MR-Linac
We present specific issues that arose when using a 1.5-Tesla MR-Linac to treat a series of 4 soft-tissue sarcoma (STS) patients. These issues arose from the combination of typical STS attributes (long, off-axis target) and MR-Linac design-specific ...

Anatomy‐based, patient‐specific VMAT QA using EPID or MLC log files
In this project, we investigated the use of an electronic portal imaging device (EPID), together with the treatment planning system (TPS) and MLC log files, to determine the delivered doses to the patient and evaluate the agreement between the treatment plan and the delivered dose distribution. The QA analysis results are presented for 15 VMAT patients

Ketogenic diet for infantile epileptic spasms
Abstract Approximately half of all cases of Infantile Epileptic Spasms Syndrome (IESS) do not respond to vigabatrin and hormonal therapies. There is no clear consensus as to the second‐line therapy for IESS. Ketogenic diet (KD) has emerged as an effective treatment for certain drug‐resistant epilepsies and in many cases of IESS.
