Hypoxia‐Induced PRMT1 Lactylation Drives Vimentin Arginine Asymmetric Dimethylation in Tumor Metastasis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 41, November 6, 2025.
Hypoxia triggers lactylation of PRMT1 at K134/K145, enhancing its methyltransferase activity to asymmetrically dimethylate vimentin R64. This post‐translational cascade promotes vimentin filament assembly, cytoskeletal remodeling, and tumor metastasis, with PRMT1 inhibition (MS023) reducing metastatic colonization.

The Influence of Irradiation Wavelength on the Growth of Polymer Brushes by SI‐PET‐RAFT Polymerization

open access: yesJournal of Polymer Science, Volume 63, Issue 21, Page 4394-4402, 1 November 2025.
The use of SI‐PET‐RAFT has been gaining momentum for producing thick, homogenous, functional polymer brushes, in an oxygen‐tolerant manner. However, the connection between irradiation wavelength and the brush height has not been clear. Herein, we systematically explore the effect of irradiation wavelength on the resulting brush properties, finding a ...
