Subgraph Query Matching in Multi-Graphs Based on Node Embedding
This paper presents an efficient algorithm for matching subgraph queries in a multi-graph based on features-based indexing techniques. The KD-tree data structure represents these nodes’ features, while the set-trie index data structure represents the ...

China accounts for 25% of the global greening. There are temporal and spatial differences of China’s greening and intrinsic driving forces. Thus, it is crucial to determinize the contributions of human activities and climate change on greening at region ...

Mining Negative Sequential Patterns with Periodic Gap Constraints [PDF]
Sequential pattern mining with gap constraints is a special form of sequential pattern mining, which can reveal frequent subsequences in a certain gap. However, the current sequential pattern mining methods with gap constraints only focus on positive ...

A review on big data based parallel and distributed approaches of pattern mining
Pattern mining is a fundamental technique of data mining to discover interesting correlations in the data set. There are several variations of pattern mining, such as frequent itemset mining, sequence mining, and high utility itemset mining. High utility

Trajectory pattern mining [PDF]
The increasing pervasiveness of location-acquisition technologies (GPS, GSM networks, etc.) is leading to the collection of large spatio-temporal datasets and to the opportunity of discovering usable knowledge about movement behaviour, which fosters novel applications and services.

Mining Conjunctive Sequential Patterns [PDF]
In this paper we aim at extending the non-derivable condensed representation in frequent itemset mining to sequential pattern mining. We start by showing a negative example: in the context of frequent sequences, the notion of non-derivability is meaningless. Therefore, we extend our focus to the mining of conjunctions of sequences.

Activity Pattern Mining for Healthcare
Cerebellar Ataxia (CA) is a neurological disease with the symptom of poor coordination of movement and balance disorders. In clinical medicine, the heel-knee-shin test and the rapid alternating movements test are important basis for assessing CA.
