Ferroelectric PbTiO3/Au/PbTiO3 multilayers on LaAlO3 substrate by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition

Solid State Communications, 1995
Abstract We have successfully fabricated PbTiO 3 /Au/PbTiO 3 multilayers on (012) LaAlO 3 substrate using metalorganic chemical vapor deposition technique. The multilayers show smooth surface, fine grain size, good stoichiometry and sharp interfaces.

On planar channeling radiation in PbTiO3

Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section B: Beam Interactions with Materials and Atoms, 1991
Abstract Theoretical examination shows that the information on crystal properties and phase transitions in PbTiO 3 may be obtained from the observation of channeling radiation. Measurements of the channeling radiation intensity and the spectral composition may be used to locate the displaced light atoms and to check the ferroelectric models.

Ferroelectric PbTiO3 nanoparticles and their properties

Protection of Metals and Physical Chemistry of Surfaces, 2016
The properties of PbTiO3 nanoparticles (NPs) are studied in the terms of the nanoparticle shell theory and are compared with those of BaTiO3 NPs. The effect of a(Pb) polarizability of the temperature of ferroelectric transition of PbTiO3 is discussed.

The photoconductivity and photovoltaic effect in PbTiO3

Ferroelectrics, 1978
The temperature dependence of the photocurrent Jph and the photovoltaic current J in the ferroelectnc phase of PbTiO3 (4 mm), have been investigated. The temperature interval studied covered the region near T = -100°C, where according to Ref. 1 the phase transition of the first order takes place.

Dislocations in PbTiO3 Thin Films

Physica Status Solidi (a), 1995
Using conventional and high resolution transmission electron microscopy, the dislocation structures in PbTiO3 thin films grown epitaxially on [001]-oriented MgO and SrTiO3 single crystals are studied. High resolution cross-sectional images of the films grown on MgO exhibit misfit dislocations with Burgers vectors of 1/2 〈010〉 and line directions of ...
