Spectral–Spatial Attention-Guided Multi-Resolution Network for Pansharpening

open access: yesIEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing
Pansharpening is a technique that combines high-resolution panchromatic (PAN) images with low-resolution multispectral (MS) images to produce high-resolution MS (HRMS) images.

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Novel use of waste sawdust in green stormwater infrastructure (GSI)

open access: yesResults in Engineering
As urban populations grow, finding appropriate strategies for managing waste and stormwater is becoming increasingly more challenging. While the incorporation of waste materials into concrete has been studied for structural components, the use of waste ...

Developmental programmes drive cellular plasticity, disease progression and therapy resistance in lung adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

PCA and t-SNE Implementation for KNN Hypertension Classification Visualization

open access: yesJurnal RESTI (Rekayasa Sistem dan Teknologi Informasi)
Hypertension is a condition that, if allowed to increase, can significantly injure internal organs due to high blood pressure. The objective of this study is to use the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm along with PCA and t-SNE to accurately identify ...

USP29‐regulated noncanonical stabilization of the hypoxia‐inducible factor‐α in aggressive prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Analysis of Data and Feature Processing on Stroke Prediction using Wide Range Machine Learning Model

open access: yesJOIN: Jurnal Online Informatika
Stroke is a disease which cause the death of brain cells, so that the part of the body controlled by the brain loses its function. If not treated immediately, this disease can cause long-term disability, brain damage, and death.
