Risk of Delayed Post‐polypectomy Bleeding in Patients With Antithrombotic Therapy
Antithrombotic therapy is associated with an increased risk of delayed post‐polypectomy bleeding after endoscopic resection of colorectal polyps ≤15 mm. Despite this increased risk, overall bleeding rates remain low in both per‐patient and per‐lesion analyses. ABSTRACT Objectives Recent changes in the perioperative management of antithrombotic therapy (

Oat–Sesbania Rotation Boosts Oat Yield and Profit via Soil Nutrient Buildup and Dual Harvest
Under the oat–Sesbania rotation system, soil nutrient accumulation serves as a key driver of increased oat yield and quality, with benefits tending to intensify over successive rotational years. Green manure incorporation of Sesbania promotes soil and crop improvement, whereas forage harvesting of Sesbania attains comparable agronomic outcomes while ...

ABSTRACT The connective tissue support of female pelvic viscera—endopelvic fascia—has been studied in fetal and immunohistochemical models to demonstrate its relationship with the autonomic nerves of the female pelvis. Due to a paucity of literature examining the gross anatomical relationships between endopelvic fascia and autonomic nerves in adult ...

Exploring Heterogeneity in Meta‐Analysis Using Trial‐Level Characteristics: A Tutorial
ABSTRACT This tutorial describes how to explore across‐trial heterogeneity in meta‐analysis using trial‐level characteristics. It describes how to carry out a subgroup analysis for a trial‐level characteristic with more than two categories and provides approaches for analysing continuous trial‐level characteristics.

National Trends and Risk Factors for Dysphagia After Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion
From 2016 to 2023, inpatient anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) volume declined 52.2% while postoperative dysphagia rates increased 11.4% annually. Analysis of 496,425 cases demonstrated that dysphagia risk varied markedly by surgical indication, with cervical diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis, cervical spine fracture, and ...

ABSTRACT This paper analyses the activities of PAI (Parti Africain de l'Indépendance) from 1957 to 1963 in Paris and more broadly in France, where PAI was one of the most radical groups fighting for decolonisation, initially taking the form of a transnational and diasporic federation.

Physical Activity Profile of School‐Aged Children Born Very Preterm and Its Association With Sleep
ABSTRACT Aim To describe the association between different physical activity and sleep parameters in school‐aged children born very preterm. Methods A cross‐sectional analysis was done in a cohort of 6‐ to 10‐year‐old children born at < 32 weeks' gestation at the Department of Neonatology, University of Tübingen, Germany.
