为解决西南地区薄煤层长距离瓦斯抽采孔成孔难的问题,选取西南地区具有代表性的某矿进行了本煤层瓦斯抽放孔试验。试验采用循环水为冲洗介质的正循环回转钻进工艺,设备选用中煤科工集团西安研究院研制生产的ZDY4000S钻机、配套Φ73mm×1.5m摩擦焊接式外平钻杆及Φ94mm三翼内凹式PDC钻头。解决了该矿在施工长距离瓦斯抽放孔的技术难题,希望为适合此类煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔及地质勘探提供了宝贵经验,并得以广泛推广。

PDC钻头在泥页岩中钻进时容易出现泥包现象,岩屑粘附于切削齿和刀翼顶面,使切削齿无法有效吃入地层。为此,研究了钻头冠部轮廓、切削结构、刀翼形状和水力结构等对PDC钻头防泥包性能的影响,并设计了新型防泥包PDC钻头。通过对PDC钻头体三维造型进行特殊设计,可以有效解决水眼堵塞、钻头泥包的难题,钢体PDC钻头以其无可比拟的优点应用会越来越广泛。滨深24X1井的现场试验结果表明,新型防泥包PDC钻头具有显著的防泥包性能,机械钻速高,在大港油田泥岩作业中有很高的推广应用价值。
