Pengaruh Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) Terhadap Stabilitas Lereng Kapur

open access: yesSyntax Literate ; Jurnal Ilmiah Indonesia

Biodegradable and Recyclable Luminescent Mixed‐Matrix‐Membranes, Hydrogels, and Cryogels based on Nanoscale Metal‐Organic Frameworks and Biopolymers

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The study presents biodegradable and recyclable mixed‐matrix membranes (MMMs), hydrogels, and cryogels using luminescent nanoscale metal‐organic frameworks (nMOFs) and biopolymers. These bio‐nMOF‐MMMs combine europium‐based nMOFs as probes for the status of the materials with the biopolymers agar and gelatine and present alternatives to conventional ...

Tibial acceleration alone is not a valid surrogate measure of tibial load in response to stride length manipulation

open access: yesJournal of Sport and Health Science
Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between peak tibial acceleration and peak ankle joint contact forces in response to stride length manipulation during level-ground running. Methods: Twenty-seven physically active participants ran 10

Combinatorial Synthesis of Next Generation Water‐Soluble Quaternized N‐Halamine Oligomers with Long‐Lasting Antiviral Properties

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A combinatorial library of dual‐functional antiviral oligomers incorporating N‐halamine and quaternary ammonium functionalities is developed for long‐lasting antiviral activity. The lead materials exhibit rapid and durable antiviral activity against SARS‐CoV‐2 variants and influenza H1N1, with 4 to 5 log reduction in viral copies at 5 mg mL−1 ...

Performance of the P-alert real-time shakemaps system and onsite warning during the 2025 ML6.4 Dapu earthquake

open access: yesTerrestrial, Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences
On January 20, 2025, the ML6.4 Dapu earthquake struck southwestern Taiwan, causing intense shaking in Chiayi County and Tainan City. The P-Alert real-time shakemaps system generated detailed shakemaps just 36 s after the earthquake occurred. The areas of

Seismic Design Value Evaluation Based on Checking Records and Site Geological Conditions Using Artificial Neural Networks

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2013
This study proposes an improved computational neural network model that uses three seismic parameters (i.e., local magnitude, epicentral distance, and epicenter depth) and two geological conditions (i.e., shear wave velocity and standard penetration test

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Near‐Infrared Emitting Lanthanide Catecholate Giant Single Crystals – Morphology Control and Photon Down‐Conversion

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Controlled syntheses of lanthanide coordination polymers based on the dihydroxybenzoquinone (DHBQ) organic linker afforded large single crystals of Ln‐DHBQ CPs (Ln = Yb, Nd). A novel structural variant of Yb‐DHBQ is identified by means of single crystal diffraction analysis.
