Gallium-doped zinc oxide prepared by the Pechini method
Eclética Química, 2018 Gallium-doped zinc oxide (ZnO:Ga) was prepared by the Pechini method from zinc citrate and gallium hydroxide. By this method, it is possible to synthesize crystalline ZnO:Ga by firing the polymeric precursor in air at 900ºC for four hours.

Luminescence in undoped CaYAl3O7 produced via the Pechini method
Physica B: Condensed Matter, 2017 Abstract The luminescent properties of CaYAl3O7 (CYAM) were carried out in undoped powder samples produced via Pechini method. The thermal analysis combined with XRD measurements showed that 1000 °C/4 h is the best condition for the CYAM synthesis. Morphological analysis showed submicrometric particles with irregular shape.
