Understanding how glomeruli, the kidney's filtration units, function in intact tissue remains challenging. Glomage enables rapid 3D imaging and quantitative analysis of entire glomeruli from zebrafish larvae and mice. This approach allows scalable cell quantification and detection of structural changes, advancing kidney disease research and ...

A Novel Movement Model for Pedestrians Suitable for Personal Navigation
In this paper a combination of two movement models, operating at the microscopic level and suitable for pedestrian navigation is developed and tested. The constituents are a Stochastic Behavioral Movement Model to characterize more random motion and ...

This study reported renal‐clearable bio‐orthogonal near‐infrared fluorogenic probes (BGRs) that specifically imaging and urinalysis of granzyme B for dynamic evaluation of RCC immunotherapy. BGRs not only differentiate immunotherapeutic responses in orthotopic RCC mice, but also enable sensitive optical urinalysis of granzyme B in clinical specimens ...

Injured or cut peripheral nerves can be surgically rerouted to reinnervate new muscle targets. This study demonstrates reinnervated muscles exhibit enhanced separability between individual motor unit signals, which can simplify signal recording and decomposition. These findings highlight the potential of reinnervated muscle to serve as a key biological

Local movement: agent-based models of pedestrian flows
Modelling movement within the built environment has hitherto been focused on rather coarse spatial scales where the emphasis has been upon simulating flows of traffic between origins and destinations.

Interlayer sliding in the RuO2Zn2F2 bilayer induces ferroelectricity and enables reversible valley polarization switching. The electric dipole and valley‐resolved band edges are intimately coupled, revealing sliding ferroelectricity as a powerful mechanism for electrical control of valley degrees of freedom in 2D materials.
