P(論文)本研究では,居宅介護支援事業所の主任介護支援専門員が果たす「事業所外(地域)Jでの役割,課題について,主任介護支援専門員と介護支援専門員の二者の認識を調査した。 調査票は210ヶ所に配布し,主任介護支援専門員の有効回答は119名(56.6%),介護支援専門員の有効回答は98名(46.6%)であった。 主任介護支援専門員,介護支援専門員ともに「社会資源の開発」などの「事業所外(地域)」における役割は主任介護支援専門員にとって重要であると回答した。 このことから主任介護支援専門員が「事業所外(地域)
