Support for resilient Peer-to-Peer gaming
Computer Networks, 2007In areas such as Massively-Multiplayer Online Games (MMOGs), the conventional centralized server model does not scale with the sheer number of simultaneous clients that need to be supported. P2P architectures are increasingly being considered as replacements for traditional client-server architectures in MMOGs. A distributed P2P architecture that uses '

Supporting peer-to-peer computing with FlexiNet
CCGrid 2003. 3rd IEEE/ACM International Symposium on Cluster Computing and the Grid, 2003. Proceedings., 2003Formation of suitable overlay-network topologies that are able to reflect the structure of the underlying network-infrastructure, has rarely been addressed by peer-to-peer applications so far. Often, peer-to-peer protocols restrain to purely random formation of their overlay-network.

Supporting VCR in Peer-to-Peer Video-On-Demand
2007 IEEE International Conference on Network Protocols, 2007Video-on-demand (VOD) is an interactive multimedia service, which delivers video content to subscribers (users). We propose a scheme of P2P VOD supporting VCR interactivities. By mining associations inside a video, the segments requested in VCR interactivities are accurately predicted based on the information collected through gossips.
