Handbook of Establishing and Maintaining Oxygen‐Free Atmospheres

This study presents a practical framework for creating oxygen‐free atmospheres at ambient pressure using silane‐doped inert gases. Oxide‐Free Titanium Coatings by Wire Arc Spraying in a Silane‐Doped Inert Atmosphere
