Fluorogenic Sydnones for Bioorthogonal Labeling of DNA
Conjugates of sydnones with cyanine‐styryl dyes combine bioorthogonal reactivity with fluorogenicity. The reactivity with bicyclo[6.1.0]non‐4‐yne (BCN)‐modified DNA showed second‐order rate constants of up to k2 = 2,300 M−1s−1 and fluorescence turn‐on by one magnitude of order.

Solar Based Thermoelectric Refrigerator Using Peltier Module
Abstract: Refrigerators being used nowadays, utilize a compressor and coolant as a working fluid for the transmission of the heat. Thermal energy is absorbed and released as the coolant used goes through expansion and compression and its state changes from liquid to vapor and vice-versa.

A double‐headed bis‐guanine (G) nucleotide (GG) was evaluated as a noncanonical building block in G‐quadruplexes (G4s). Biophysical and computational analyses reveal that GG can directly participate in G‐tetrads and strongly stabilize G4s in a position‐ and topology‐dependent manner. These findings establish design rules for using GG to engineer highly

STUDY OF ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION USING PELTIER MODULE
Relevance Alternative energy based on wind and solar power is nowadays quite common, but the dependence on weather and time of day, high initial cost and difficulties in utilization make us think about other sources of renew- able energy. The module under consideration, based on the Seebeck effect, generates power in small watts, which can be applied ...

Our computational model of the optical absorption from multiwalled carbon nanotubes suggests the optical absorption depends strongly on the in‐plane electrical conductivity, and weakly on the through‐plane conductivity. Such strong absorption enables solar‐to‐thermal conversion for heat scavenging in cold climates and radiative cooling in hot climates,

First 20 Years of Orbitrap Mass Spectrometry as the Mainstream Analytical Technique
ABSTRACT This review traces the first 20 years of Orbitrap mass spectrometry as a mainstream high‑resolution and accurate‑mass (HR/AM) technology. It outlines the historical development of the Orbitrap analyzer, the evolution of major instrument families, and the key technological innovations that enabled its widespread adoption. Particular emphasis is

ABSTRACT Purpose Reproducibility in MRI is limited by variability in data acquisition, formatting, and reconstruction across sites and vendors. This work aimed to mitigate these challenges through an open‐source, vendor‐independent workflow originally developed for the 2023–24 ISMRM Repeat It with Me: Reproducibility Team Challenge.

Adaptive Sliding‐Mode Control of a Perturbed Diffusion Process With Pointwise In‐Domain Actuation
ABSTRACT A sliding mode–based adaptive control law is proposed for a class of diffusion processes featuring a spatially‐varying uncertain diffusivity and equipped with several point‐wise actuators located at the two boundaries of the spatial domain as well as in its interior.
