Developing Quorum Sensing‐Based Collaborative Dynamic Control System in Halomonas TD01
A standardized and streamlined inducer‐free quorum sensing (QS)‐based collaborative dynamic control pattern is developed for sufficient gene expression control in Halomonas TD by mixing two engineered cells, cells A and B. Proof‐of‐concept studies are designed to test the dynamic control performance in mixed cultures in fed‐batch conditions.

Integrated total pelvic floor ultrasound in pelvic floor dysfunction
Integrated total pelvic floor ultrasound is a combination of endoanal, transperineal, and endovaginal ultrasound used for the static and dynamic assessment of the entire pelvic floor. It can be used as a screening investigation for defaecatory dysfunction so that defaecatory radiological imaging may be avoided.

A zwitterionic asymmetric patch is developed via self‐induced phase separation. The cationic layer exhibits anti‐bacterial efficacy and releases pro‐healing factor, while the zwitterionic hydrogel prevents contamination and visceral adhesion. The strong mechanical interlocking of two layers leads to a high and stable burst pressure tolerance.
