Penile Metastasis From Prostate Cancer Detected by 18F-Fluorocholine PET/CT.
Clinical Nuclear Medicine, 2020F-Fluorocholine (F-FCH) PET/CT is widely used to study patients affected by prostate cancer. F-FCH PET/CT is suitable for the detection of pelvic and abdominal nodal and skeletal metastases.

Cancer Reports
The presence of a distant metastasis in penile squamous cell carcinoma (PSCC) is associated with a very poor prognosis. When isolated distant tumors are detected in patients with known PSCC, it is therefore important to accurately determine whether such ...

Penile Metastasis From Rectal Cancer by PET/CT
Clinical Nuclear Medicine, 2015It is extremely rare for rectal tumors to metastasize to the penis, and when it occurs, it is associated with poor prognosis. The appearance of penile metastasis from rectal primary tumor on PET imaging has not been widely reported. We report a case of a 70-year-old man with previous history of treated stage III adenocarcinoma of the rectum 26 months ...

[Lymphogenic metastasis in penile cancer].
Voprosy onkologii, 1989Dissemination to regional lymph nodes was verified in 49 (18.8%) out of 260 cases of penile carcinoma. The frequency of metastasis in poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was 2.2 times that in well-differentiated tumor. Similarly, in endophytic growth patients, it was 2.7 times that of exophytic tumors.

Penile metastasis from prostate cancer: a case report.
Tumori, 2014Metastatic involvement of the penis is rare. About 80% of secondary lesions originate from pelvic primary tumors, mainly bladder and prostate. We present a case of prostatic mucinous adenocarcinoma with penile metastasis symptomatic for pain, which was treated with external-beam radiation (35 Gy/14 fractions; 2.5 Gy daily) combined with androgen ...
