[Lymphogenic metastasis in penile cancer].

Dissemination to regional lymph nodes was verified in 49 (18.8%) out of 260 cases of penile carcinoma. The frequency of metastasis in poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was 2.2 times that in well-differentiated tumor. Similarly, in endophytic growth patients, it was 2.7 times that of exophytic tumors.
