[Penile metastasis of a prostatic adenocarcinoma].

To report one case of prostate carcinoma with metastasis to the corpora cavernosum.We report the case of a 79-year-old patient with the diagnosis of Gleason 9 prostatic adenocarcinoma who presented a hard lesion on the glans penis one year after starting androgen blockade.

[Penile metastasis of renal cell carcinoma].

The tumour dissemination to penis from renal cell carcinoma is a rare occurrence; generally, it is seen in advanced stages of the disease, such that occurred in our patient that indicated a poor prognosis. A lesion node, high, painless, the size middle, located in the side right to penis, at long term free of symptoms associated was found.

Introduction: Urological sarcomas are rare. Renal sarcomas represent 1% to 2% of all malignant renal tumors and their prognosis is worse than other urogenital sarcomas. High grade sarcomas commonly metastasize, with the lungs, lymph nodes, and liver being a primary site of spread.

Penile metastasis from prostatic neuroendocrine carcinoma

Clinical History: A 72-year-old male patient with benign prostatic hyperplasia was brought to the emergency department with frank haematuria. Laboratory workup revealed severe anaemia, negative inflammatory biomarkers and a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) of 0.78 ng/mL.
